Job Description
Job Coach responsible for training and transporting resident employees to and from their daily employment, providing on the job support and development to increase their job satisfaction and community interaction.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of serving individuals with developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a related field
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Oklahoma drivers license
- Auto insurance as required by the State of Oklahoma
- OSBI background check
- No prior listing on the Oklahoma Community Registry
- Good communication skills
- Team player
