Job Description
Hope Services seeks a Job Coach to provide individualized service to clients with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, assessing and remedying personal and social barriers, and ensuring job retention and success in community settings.
Requirements
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- One year of related experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment
- Clear driving record and a valid Driver's License
