PT Group Fitness Instructor

Instruct group fitness classes, provide customer service, and enforce policies and procedures at the Recreation Center. Requirements include CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, group exercise certification, and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM; specialty certifications are required to teach specialty classes such as yoga, group cycling, pilates, etc.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports
• Strong communication skills
