Job Description
Safely instruct group fitness classes, provide customer service, communicate with supervisor, and enforce policies and procedures. Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, ACE, AFAA, or ACSM specialty certifications, leadership and supervisory abilities, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
- ACE, AFAA, ACSM; specialty certifications are required to teach specialty classes such as yoga, group cycling, pilates, etc.
- Leadership and supervisory abilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports
- Strong communication skills
