Centivo is seeking a Plan Documents Specialist to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced delivery team. The role involves assisting with client implementation, managing benefit plan documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The specialist will be responsible for client onboarding and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of benefit plan documents.

Requirements

• Assist in client implementation and client plan changes.
• Manage benefit plan documentation processes (SMM, SBCs, SPDs).
• Draft and finalize benefit plan documents, including standard forms.
• Manage client communications.
