Job Description
Centivo is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support Client Success with the end-to-end delivery of health insurance services for employers, brokers, and individual members. This role focuses on streamlining client-facing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support to Claims, Benefit Administration, and Vendor Management teams. The role represents a critical link between client needs and operational execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with health insurance products (HMO, PPO, HDHP, etc.).
- Experience in TPA or direct carrier setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
