Job Description
The PET-CT Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the guidance of the Radiologist, working in a high-quality Hot Lab environment. Responsibilities include patient communication, quality control of equipment, preparation of radio-pharmaceuticals, injection of contrast, and maintaining patient safety. The role demands exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- Perform diagnostic PET-CT / CT imaging procedures
- Quality control of all equipment
- Prep and measurement of radio-pharmaceuticals
- Injection of radio-pharmaceuticals or IV contrast
- Adherence to Radiation Safety rules
- Maintain proper documentation and HIPAA compliance
