Job Description
CLS Health is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to operate imaging equipment for patients, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and ensuring patient safety. The role involves reviewing patient medical history, performing imaging procedures, collaborating with clinicians, and maintaining equipment. The position involves frequent travel between Webster and Sugar Land locations.
Requirements
- Review patient medical history and explain imaging procedures.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals (orally, intravenously).
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment (gamma cameras, PET, SPECT scanners).
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians.
- Perform quality control tests.
- Maintain patient records and perform equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols.
