Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years industry experience
• At least 5 years industry experience managing multiple locations simultaneously
• Deep knowledge and understanding of production technologies and practices within the aggregate industry
• Safety-minded and goal-oriented
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to provide strong leadership and ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
