Job Description

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians and perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, while ensuring safe, reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery and support systems.
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance methods, reliability concepts, and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards (lockout/tagout, machine guarding, electrical and mechanical safety).
- Basic computer skills to use maintenance and office software for scheduling, work orders, and reporting.
