Job Description
Ceribell is seeking a highly motivated and pragmatic Assistant General Counsel to join their Legal team. This role will provide business-minded legal support across multiple functions, including commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the medtech, pharma, or other life sciences sector, experience in a fast-paced startup environment, and be expected to become a trusted legal advisor to senior leadership, supporting R&D and commercial strategy while ensuring company adherence to compliance in a complex regulatory environment.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred).
- 15+ years of progressively responsible legal and compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, CMS and SEC regulatory landscape, data protection and privacy laws, and general commercial law relevant to the medtech industry.
