Job Description
CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Spacecraft Mechanical Engineer II to join their Internal Missions team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical aspects of spacecraft, electronics packaging, and thermal architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in spacecraft mechanical engineering
- Experience in conducting architectural trade studies
- Proficiency in professional mechanical and FEA CAD tools
- Experience with CNC manufacturing and GD&T
- Experience with advanced aerospace manufacturing and materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
