Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team at CesiumAstro, a developer of out-of-the-box communication systems for satellites, UAVs, and other space and airborne platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent in various technical disciplines within the aerospace industry.

Requirements

• Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage top-tier technical candidates for various roles in engineering, software development, aerospace, and other relevant disciplines.
• Effectively assess the technical ability and aptitude of candidates for complex engineering roles.
• Engage in full-cycle recruitment from screening applicants and evaluating candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, to negotiating and extending offer packages.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry conferences, and networking events, to build a strong pool of qualified candidates.
• Assist with a wide array of additional functions as necessary within a high-growth startup.
