Recruiter, Technical

Hadrian is a manufacturing company building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. As a Recruiter, Technical, you'll own hiring for software engineers and other technical talent building the systems that power Hadrian's automation, manufacturing, and technology platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical or software roles
• Comfortable hiring for complex, technical positions and partnering deeply with engineers and technical leaders
• A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders
• Data-driven, process-oriented, and always looking to improve how recruiting gets done
• Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Passionate about candidate experience and building strong, high-performing teams
