Senior Sales Enablement Manager

Cetera is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to shape the strategy, infrastructure, processes, and programs driving revenue growth through Data, Tools & Technology, and Processes & Programs initiatives. The role requires a collaborative, data-driven individual who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys continuous improvement. This is a new team needing to quickly build best practices.

Requirements

• Partner with Head of Sales Enablement and team to develop and execute sales enablement strategy.
• Use analytics and reporting to identify insights and measure effectiveness.
• Optimize enablement technology stack, drive adoption of AI/analytics tools, and build knowledge management systems.
• Lead GTM planning and execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Design and deliver knowledge management programs.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with other enablement tools.
• Strong program delivery or program/product management experience.
