Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
