The Supervisor of Youth ACT Program (Team Leader) directs and supervises staff activities, leads team organizational and service planning meetings, and provides clinical direction to staff. The Team Leader is also responsible for direct services, clinical supervision, and administration of the team.
Requirements
- NYS Education Department license in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Knowledge of Office of Mental Health regulations
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
