Account Director, Pharma

CG Life is seeking a strategic client partner with 10 years of agency experience in the life science, healthcare, or biopharma sectors to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, drive account growth, and lead a team to deliver successful marketing projects and campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare or life sciences agency experience or experience in a fast-paced life sciences/healthcare organization
• AOR/DAOR agency experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing presence and interaction with C-Suite level must be demonstrated
• Flexible and agile, with the ability to quickly change course when the need arises
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities to carefully manage details while juggling multiple projects
• Ability to put together professional-looking documents and presentations
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills
• Ability to focus and work under pressure during tight deadlines with humor, tact, and professionalism
