The Digital Strategy Director oversees the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive omnichannel strategies for clients in the life sciences and biopharma sectors. This strategic leader plays a critical role in helping clients bring modern, data-driven marketing to life—both at the brand level and by supporting Centers of Excellence (COEs) in building scalable capabilities and frameworks that enable omnichannel marketing across portfolios.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in omnichannel engagement strategy, customer experience, or digital marketing within pharma, med-tech, or life sciences, ideally with experience at a healthcare agency serving as Agency of Record (AOR) or within a biopharma organization.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, providing strategic direction, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering strategic initiatives that exceed expectations
- Experience driving thought leadership in strategic planning and data-driven marketing approaches for life science or healthcare clients
- Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand strategic services to clients
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic engagement programs in the healthcare and life sciences sectors to raise the visibility of brands, products, technologies, and client thought leaders
- Experience with client-facing presence and interaction with C-Suite level
