Job Description
The Mass Tort Paralegal will manage and meet deadlines for SOL filings, primarily under supervision of attorneys. Responsibilities include managing clients, reviewing records, drafting pleadings, and assisting with the intake system. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, and a compassionate attitude.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of mass tort or personal injury paralegal experience
- Caring and compassionate attitude

- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Experience with drafting and filing complaints
