Job Description
Challenge Prep is seeking an Operations Associate to provide administrative support to staff, maintain school operations, and ensure a positive learning environment for students. The OA will serve as a central point of contact for parents, visitors, and community members, managing inventory, supervising staff, and overseeing school events. They are vital to the school's overall success by supporting academic program delivery and creating a seamless workflow.
Requirements
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience working in a Charter School
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite, ATS, and Power School
