Job Description
The Underwriter will underwrite loans in accordance with Company and Investor guidelines following company’s policies and procedures under general supervision.
Requirements
- Relevant prior experience in Wholesale Mortgage Underwriting and Credit for 3+ years
- Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) knowledge strongly preferred
- Manual underwriting experience required
- DU and LP experience preferred
- Current experience working in Encompass 360
