Job Description
We are seeking experienced mortgage professionals to join our team as an Underwriter. The primary mission is to evaluate and decision borrower qualification for mortgage loans, ensuring creditworthiness and compliance with company, agency, and investors standards, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Evaluating borrower qualification for mortgage loans to ensure creditworthiness and compliance with company, agency, and investors standards
- Delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- Verifying borrower loan application contains all necessary documentation, credit, and financial information
- Performing thorough analysis of borrowers application
- Making and issuing independent, compliant underwriting decisions
- Partnering with sales, customer relationship managers, and closers-funders to resolve problems and qualification issues
