Associate General Manager, Engineering Systems (Mechanical)

This role involves project management of mechanical systems for the Changi East development, working closely with consultants, stakeholders, and contractors. Requires strong content leadership, driving outcomes, and ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, within budget, and of the highest quality standard.

Requirements

• Good degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 20 years of relevant working experience in design and project management of mechanical systems
• Airport projects experience preferred
• Design and implementation of ACMV, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing and Sanitary systems, District Cooling System, Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System, etc.
• Good knowledge of codes and standards for M&E systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly driven, assertive and analytical
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills
• Proven leadership ability, good team player and able to handle fast paced projects
• Experience in Design and/or implementation of Electrical systems advantageous
