Requirements

• Develop and execute short, medium to long-term workforce strategies aligned to CAG’s business priorities and transformation agenda.
• Partner with the business leaders in the development and execution of key workforce projects related to CAG’s workforce transformation agenda, particularly in the space of Technology and AI shifts.
• Evaluate internal workforce skills and capabilities to identify future capabilities and critical roles essential for business continuity and innovation as CAG moves towards Terminal 5 Development.
• Design new roles and capabilities required for growth areas.
