Roaming and OCPI Partner Manager - 12 month FTE

ChargePoint is a leading EV charging network company seeking a Roaming and OCPI Partner Manager to lead roaming partner management and operational activities for one of its software solutions in Europe. The role will involve working with third-party roaming partners and customers to monitor, investigate, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to build expert technical knowledge of roaming services and functionality
• Partner and customer-centric and problem-solving mindset
• Technical educational background preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills in English
• At least 3 years of B2B work experience in an engineering, technical support, or other technical role
• Good understanding of databases (SQL) and of software systems
• Affinity for e-mobility and sustainability topics
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
