Job Description
CHARLESGATE is a rapidly growing real estate firm expanding into the Denver market and seeking an energetic Property Accounting Supervisor. This hybrid role in Denver, CO, manages a portfolio of large multi-family units and reports to the Accounting Manager. The role involves managing full-cycle accounting, reviewing financial statements, and preparing financial reports.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of multi-family properties.
- Review Balance Sheet and Income Statement to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages.
- Supervise the Property Accountants and Junior Accountant.
- Review monthly financial packets prepared by Property Accountants.
