Property Accountant

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Property Accountant to manage the financial operations of a portfolio of complex properties. The role involves accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and assisting with property management initiatives. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Reports accurately and timely, the financial records of the assigned portfolio, including budgets and forecasts
• Prepares monthly reporting packages for institutional owners and asset managers
• Maintains a calendar of required reporting deadlines
• Prepares and reviews monthly accruals and rent journal entries
• Prepares and reviews monthly bank reconciliations
