CHARLESGATE is seeking a licensed Leasing Associate to help lead the leasing execution for a new 100+ unit multifamily development in Orange, NJ. The role involves collaborating with a local brokerage and Charlesgate's internal leasing platform to drive velocity, build strong prospect pipelines, and deliver a high-touch experience during the critical lease-up phase.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey real estate license
- Proven leasing experience, ideally with new developments or lease-ups
- Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience using leasing CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
