Leasing and Marketing Consultant -Raritan Heights

We're seeking a Leasing and Marketing Consultant for one of our multi-family properties with at least 1+ years of experience in sales or leasing. The role involves meeting and exceeding leasing goals, creating marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards for property presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in apartment leasing, marketing, or sales
• Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, RealPage Property Management software, and other relevant database and property management tools
• Strong knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and guiding peer staff members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
