Job Description
Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that provides personalized, virtual care for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. The company is looking for a Head of Recovery/SUD Programming to lead their SUD program and drive transformational care for patients.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree (PhD, PsyD, DSW)
- Independent clinical licensure (e.g., psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
- 5+ years direct clinical experience treating substance use disorders
- 7-10+ years experience leading or designing SUD programs
- Expertise in evidence-based SUD treatment modalities
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics
