Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist

Join Charlie Health as a Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist and play a pivotal role in ensuring that every patient and family member feels supported throughout the admissions process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions
• Independent licensure in a mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.)
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience working with children, adolescent, and adult populations preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage operational details in a fluid environment
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team and patients.
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis.

• Target base compensation for this role will be between $66,000 and $80,000 per year
• Target performance-based bonus
• Total target cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $73,000 and $88,000 per year
