Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist

As a Lead Clinical Admissions Therapist, you'll oversee the facilitation of admissions for at-risk youth and support a team of Clinical Admissions Therapists and Associates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions
• Independent licensure in a mental health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.)
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience working with children, adolescent, and adult populations preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage operational details in a fluid environment
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team and patients
• Must be able to work in the evenings until 6pm MT and weekends as needed to accommodate event programming
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis

• Target base compensation for this role will be between $66,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment
