Design Engineer

Chart Industries is looking for a SR Design Engineer to perform design engineering projects to support product groups, supply chain, new product development, and product enhancements in regard to centrifugal and axial fans for the Power, Industrial and Nuclear industries. The role will involve direct involvement with all line functions in regard to a manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Aerospace Engineering or the equivalent
• Registered Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one
• Experience with FEA
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement environment
• 5+ years of Design experience within an air and gas handling, rotating equipment, or heavy industrial firm
