Requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand, create and improve business requirements and translate those requirements to functional specifications for HR systems.
- Lead and support HR projects that require HRIS enablement.
- Resolve technology break/fix issues and support user adoption needs to ensure maximum benefit across our UKG platform.
- Design, develop and implement dataviews and dashboards to support our HR and leadership teams.
- Create internal technical documentation and end user support materials.
