Maintenance Technician

Wieland is hiring a Maintenance Technician. The role involves troubleshooting industrial electromechanical systems, operating within the maintenance department, and ensuring the operation of machinery and production equipment through preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Interface with machine operators to understand and determine the cause of machine issues
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Able to diagnose defective mechanical parts and disassemble the components for repair using hoists, forklifts, and other equipment
• Fabricate and/or repair machine parts using equipment such as measuring devices, mills, lathes, drill presses, and welders
• Observe all OSHA and NFPA regulations at all times and wear proper PPE at all times
