Process Engineer

Wieland is hiring a Process Engineer to support the continuous improvement program at the Duncansville, PA facility. The Process Engineer will analyze and organize process flow, train employees in lean principles, and facilitate CI projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, or an equivalent level of degree
• 3+ years' experience in project management, facilitating continuous improvement using lean tools and methodology, and driving cultural transformations in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills, and organizational skills
• Ability to teach problem-solving skills to all levels in the facility
