Middle School (6 - 8) Math Teacher

The Middle School Teachers will be responsible for the daily implementation of the ChattAcademy vision and the first line of support for students and families.

Requirements

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for core subjects that align to state standards and school curriculum
• Deliver dynamic lessons that motivate students to think critically and foster social-emotional learning
• Use data and assessments to inform instruction and provide differentiated support to students
• Build positive classroom culture through consistent routines, clear expectations, and relationship building
• Serve as an advisory mentor to a group of 10-15 students, monitoring academic and social progress
• Partner with families through regular communication and cultivation of trust
• Contribute to the growth of the school through collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement
