Trade CRM Specialist

Join us as a CRM Specialist (Trade team) to help build the journeys that turn free trades into loyal members. You'll work directly in Braze to build, QA, and launch campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM or marketing operations, ideally using Braze (or similar)
• Collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in getting things right
• Curiosity to grow, whether that’s automation, data, or CRM strategy
