Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Working knowledge of medical insurance
- Electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Basic IT systems
- Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate with employees, patients, and other individuals
- Detail-oriented
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Listening skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 10% of the time
- Spoken and written fluency in English
