Requirements

• Certification and licensure as required per state regulations
• Knowledge of asset protection techniques
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, and Co-pay requirements
• Ability to engage patients and provide positive patient experience
• Ability to process claims for 3rd party reimbursement
• Ability to direct and assist team members as needed
