Job Description
The Estimator analyzes project documents to determine estimated cost, performs quantity takeoff, and develops subcontractor relationships. The role requires strong mathematical and computer skills, proficiency in estimating software, and experience in construction management or equivalent field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 5 or more years estimating or relevant project experience
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff software
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some experience in one or more areas of Division 2-16
