Job Description
The Estimator analyzes project documents to determine the overall estimated cost of a project, performs quantity takeoff, and coordinates with the team to confirm a complete and coordinated scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of 5 or more years estimating or relevant project experience.
- Proficient in all computer software programs used in estimating, including On-Screen Takeoff software.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Some experience in one or more areas of Division 2-16.
