Job Description
The Senior Estimator will analyze project documents to determine estimated costs, gather data for bid proposals, and manage projects from concept to completion. The role involves overseeing teams, coordinating scopes of work, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers. This position requires strong mathematical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer software programs (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam)
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Expertise in Divisions 2-16 trades
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
