Job Description
This Senior Estimator role focuses on analyzing project documentation to determine project costs accurately. The role involves coordinating scopes of work, identifying risks, managing bid responses, and building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. The position can be based in various locations including Herndon, Owings Mills, or Annapolis.
Requirements
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff software (Bluebeam)
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Expertise in Divisions 2-16 trades
