Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle from posting job openings to offering job offers. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent, as well as building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will also oversee the Talent Acquisition software and help develop workforce plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting and talent management
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter/ Indeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic Talent initiatives
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
