Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Risk Management to oversee the Credit Union's Enterprise Risk Management, Business Information Security, and Vendor Management programs. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in enterprise risk management, audit, or project management, and a strong knowledge of ERM frameworks.
Requirements
- 10 years' professional experience
- 6-7 years related enterprise risk management, audit, project management, or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field from four-year college or university
- Professional audit and/or project management experience are preferred
- Excellent communication/influence skills
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships and networking internally/externally
- Experience supervising others
- Knowledge of information technology, particularly how systems and applications integrate with business processes and operations
- Business acumen to grasp 'big picture' of the organization
- Leadership and consulting skills to direct the overall strategic goals and objectives of ERM
