AVP, Digital Banking

Chevron Federal Credit Union is seeking an AVP, Digital Banking to lead the digital banking function, responsible for the vision, strategy, and performance of all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial technology leadership and 3-5 years of direct people management experience.

Requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Banking team
• Develop and execute the multi-year digital banking strategy and roadmap
• Oversee the digital banking budget and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure CFCU's digital channels deliver a consistent, intuitive, and secure member experience
• Analyze usage, performance, and financial data to identify trends and inform strategy
