Requirements

• Motivate, mentor and hold team accountable to reach highest potential in sales
• Oversee reporting for sales team and understand sales numbers and strategy
• Manage sales team to grow sales and increase venue sales
• Perform market research to inform strategy and stay on top of trends
• Understand competitors and how to win against them
• Actively seek to connect with community and local decision makers in market
• Stay creative in selling techniques as needed to benefit the venue
• Train sales team to leverage promotions to close business
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members
