Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to assist in the operation and evolution of the infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform for labor market data.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or similar role in a business environment
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Windows-based environments
- Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory administration experience
- Experience with Azure in a production setting
- Familiarity with virtualization (preferably Hyper-V) and server hardware
- Experience managing or supporting Intune or a similar endpoint management platform
- Comfort working with core infrastructure and networking technologies: DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic LAN/WAN, firewalls
- Exposure to containerization and Kubernetes: deployments, pods, services, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience with or strong interest in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code)
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation from vendors and open-source projects
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to trace issues across endpoints, network, OS, and applications
- Great communication and customer service skills; able to talk to both technical and non-technical colleagues
